Great service but costly shipping to HawaiiGreat phone service and website. Communication via email is fast and efficient. Fast shipment of gown but pricey ($65-75) if you don’t qualify for free shipping (outside continental us) or need it second day air. Unfortunately for me, the first dress did not fit my daughter so I ended up paying almost $200 on shipping alone to ship to me, then return, then back to me with new dress. Hope this next one fits or it might’ve been cheaper to fly to Chicago to get the dress from Hawaii.Jill’s - 02/8
