Great service, however if you order on line you do not receive a free T-shirtWe visited the store in Chicago. They have a great selection of dresses to try. They give you a free T shirt if you buy that day. However, we needed to go home and think about our decision. When I called back to order online and mentioned the T- shirt. She said that they are only available in store. Seriously?? I just spent over $500. Everyone should get the T-shirt!!Janel - 02/12

Beware of the return policy!Be advised. If you buy a gown and need to return it, you only have 5 days to do it and it has to be before the NEED date you entered when ordering the dress. One dress we received one day before our need date! And, it cannot be returned USPS. You must take to UPS and pay whatever they charge to ship it. If you return for a refund, be ready to lose money. 15% restocking fee. That was $55 for me plus shipping!Christine - 02/13
