• Senior year prom dress trip to the Windy City!
  Such a great experience! Traveled 6 hours from Ohio to make our daughter’s senior prom one she will always remember. We were not disappointed at all! They were really busy but managed to stay professional, helpful and courteous to everyone with or without an appointment. So many dresses to choose from. We did our homework so we had a few styles in mind before we got there. They will print out a sheet of your selections for the girls to pull so have some ready before arriving ! It was 100% worth the drive and you get a free tshirt with a dress purchase !

• I really liked the variety of dresses…
  I really liked the variety of dresses that the store had to offer and I was pleased at the amount of dresses they had in the back if you were looking for a different color or size that wasn’t on the floor. All the associates I talked to or helped me were super sweet and made the experience enjoyable. I was a little frustrated at how busy it was that day because it was just very overwhelming. My designated associate kept getting pulled away to help other customers and while she always had a backup to help me in and out of dresses, it was frustrating to not her full attention because then it got to a point where I had multiple associates pulling dresses. I also didn’t particularly enjoy how there wasn’t a mirror in the dressing room because I never would’ve walked out in some of the dresses had I seen prior what I looked like in it. Walking out in front of an entire crowd in a unflattering dress is very intimidating, embarrassing, and defeating. I understand that’s how the store works but I just was uncomfortable with that part of the experience.
