• I would give them ten stars, if possible.
  The best on-line shopping experience by a long shot! The dress we needed was sold out everywhere for 500 miles. Peaches Boutique’s website showed the dress as “in stock.” I was skeptical. I called, and they assured me they had the dress. I ordered a size 00, and crossed my fingers. I really expected delivery to take a week or more. To my surprise and delight, the dress arrived within 3 days. It was too small; my mistake. I called the shop, on a Saturday, and got an answer. The nice lady gave me a return authorization. They still had a size 0 in stock, so I ordered it. The sales rep assured me the store would treat this as an exchange, and I would get a full refund for the size 00 once it arrived back at their store. I thanked her, but I really expected I would have to call after the dress arrived and ask for the refund, and maybe settle for a store credit. I was wrong. The size 0 was delivered the following Wednesday, 3 days, and I received a full refund on the size 00 within hours of its arrival at the boutique. To say I was pleased with these people is such an understatement. THANK YOU, PEACHES BOUTIQUE, we will be ordering from you in the future!
