Ordered my daughter’s dream dress from…Ordered my daughter’s dream dress from Texas after not being able to find it anywhere else. It’s perfect! The 4 star rating is because of the super stringent return policy and ridiculous restocking fee (it does not cost $100+ to restock a dress). Luckily, I didn’t have to utilize the return policy. Also, when I emailed customer service to verify the dress color, I just got an email back with a stock photo of the dress, no greeting, explanation, or nicety. I guess when I’m spending over $500 for a dress, I expect a little cushier customer service. Oh well. Otherwise, my daughter is in love with her Sherri Hill so all is good.Kimbra - 03/21
